Trial: A free 12-hour trial is available for new users. No refunds are offered for trial usage.
Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically and no charges will be applied without your consent. To continue using the Service, you must manually renew your plan on our website or by contacting support at worldiptv4k@usa.com
3. Use of Service
Permitted Use: The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your subscription with others outside your household.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at worldiptv4k@usa.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content Availability: We provide access to over 34,000 channels and on-demand content. Availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe on intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems.
Share copyrighted content without authorization.
Publicly disclose your subscription details, including usernames, passwords, or portal URLs, to unauthorized individuals or entities.
Intentionally exceed the permitted number of devices allowed under your subscription plan (e.g., using more than two devices simultaneously on a dual-device plan).
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our operations or other users.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
No Refunds: All sales are final, except where required by law. No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific content availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, World IPTV 4K and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
